Software Support Engineer :

Develop and test software components based on functional requirements and low-level designs.
Write and optimize database queries, perform CRUD operations, and implement stored procedures.
Conduct manual and automated testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve service tickets.

Application Support Engineer :

Support and maintain enterprise applications by writing and testing database queries and stored procedures.
Execute test cases, diagnose issues, and resolve service tickets as per operational procedures.
Ensure software functionality aligns with business requirements and low-level designs.

Technical Support Specialist :

Provide first-level technical support, log and track IT issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
Diagnose hardware/software problems, collaborate with IT teams, and maintain a knowledge base.
Enhance self-service options through documentation and problem-solving resources.

IT Operations Associate :

Manage IT environments by following SOPs and runbooks for system operations.
Ensure compliance with security and customer communication protocols.
Maintain and monitor production servers, applications, and scheduled jobs for smooth operations.
