Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical & Electrical) :
- Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics)
- Experience : 0-1 Year
- Batch : 2025
Key Responsibilities Include :
New Installation :
Plan the jobs and provide supervision to FTs and sub-contractor workers for timely completion of the project
Plan and execute the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators in accordance with the defined budget, timelines, Schindler Safety & Quality standards, and Company procedures.
Existing Installation :
- Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agree timelines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards.
- Attend the call backs as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback
- Propose sale of spare pars as and when situation demands & Co-ordinate with the FSB requirement of spares and components.
Field Quality Excellence :
- Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agreed timelines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards
- Attend the call backs as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback
Job Summary : The Graduate Engineer Trainee creates added value through the satisfaction of our Internal and external customer needs within the defined geography regarding New Installations, Existing Installations & Field Quality Excellence.
