Please Note :
- Minimum 7+ years over all experience with maximum experience in React , Redux, Java script, CSS, HTML.
- Should be very strong in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, code optimization, time, and space complexity, next js, web works, web accessibility, react virtualization, advance react concepts like currying, closure, hoisting, promises, HOC, use Memo, redux, debouncing, throttling, infinite scrolling etc.
- Candidates from premium institutes like NIT/IIT or premier tier 1 college are preferred.
- Should have strong communication
- Companies like Sapient, Goldman Sachs, E&Y, KPMG, Deloitte, Amazon or Fintech companies like Morgan stanley, JP Morgan, Blackrock etc resources would be ones that we should target to go for but not on direct payrolls of these Fintech firms :
- Hacker Rank, Hacker Earth, LeetCode ids should be added as that can help us to see that how good coding candidate has
- Github URLs that capture the amount of code written in the past.
- No of interviews – 3 coding rounds (L1 internal and 2 coding rounds at client location in Hyderabad).
- No of positions – 2
- Location – Hyderabad (hybrid – 2 to 3 days WFO – work from client office)
- CTC – Max 30 to 32 LPA
- Notice Period – 1 week maximum
