Requirements :
- BE/BTech (Computer Science, Cyber, Information Technology) (2023 or 2024 pass-outs)
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a structured corporate environment
- Good time-management, organization, and task-prioritization skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well with teams and work with guidance from mentors
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow processes consistently
- Comfort with using common digital tools and picking up new technologies quickly
- Open to working in rotational shifts and working from office for all 5 days, as applicable
Duration : 12 Months
Responsibilities :
- Support your assigned team with day-to-day operational and technical tasks
- Learn and apply relevant tools, technologies, and processes required for your role
- Work with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues, gather information, and complete assigned work
- Deliver tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within timelines
- Participate in team meetings, reviews, and discussions to understand priorities and contribute ideas
- Document work clearly and maintain required reports, trackers, and knowledge material
- Build professional working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders
- Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to assigned tasks
- Contribute to process improvements by observing how things work and suggesting simple enhancements
- Follow all organizational policies, including security, compliance, and data privacy guidelines
- Maintain a learning mindset and proactively upskill on new tools, concepts, and ways of working.
