- Provide L2 support for Middle ware applications in production environments.
- Monitor application performance and availability using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Perform regular health checks, log analysis, and proactive maintenance activities.
- Participate in deployment activities, including release validations and rollback planning.
- Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
- Support batch jobs, integrations, and middleware components as needed.
