Roles and Responsibilities :
Translating the lease documents from native language to known common language.
Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating it into the client’s Application Software.
Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
Salary : Rs. 2.46 L / Annum (Including PF, ESI & Gratuity)
