Responsibilities :
- Analyze and process insurance claims data using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in claims data.

- Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance the claims handling workflow.
