Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0-1 years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on AI Automation.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, and API development/integration.
• Experience with cloud deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of Conversational AI, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.
• Experience working with LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with No-Code/Low-Code AI tools like Power Automate, Kore.ai XO Platform, Zapier, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for RAG.
• Understanding of ontology, NLU/NLP models, and semantic search.
• Prior experience in chatbot implementation, IVR design, and voice agents.
• Certification in Cloud Architecture or AI/ML platforms is a plus.
