Non-Voice & Content Moderation Roles :
- Graduation : Any grad except law is eligible
- Experience : 0 – 3 years (Previous exp. in voice/non-voice domain)
- Languages known : Only English/Hindi+English/Bengali+English
Minimum Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex transactional issues to internal and external customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for determining situational needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends)
Responsibilities
Non-voice (Only freshers) (6 months contractual role) (Work location: Kolkata)
- Conduct investigations to identify and mitigate online ecommerce risk.
- Utilize excellent judgment to make independent decisions regarding complex transactions and customer authentication.
- Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, company associates, and third parties.
- Ensure productivity and maintain highest quality assurance standards.
- Leverages appropriate operational tools and applications to find the data.
- Ability to successfully navigate websites.
- Understands and adheres to workflow directions, SOPs.
- Performs a variety of routine standard tasks in non-voice queues like email, chat etc.
Content moderation (0-3yr) Languages: English+Hindi/Bengali) (Work location: Hyderabad)
- Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
- Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
- Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
- Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
- Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
Provide excellent customer service to our customers - This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/ sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
