Internships are available to students pursuing undergraduate, graduate or research-based degrees in math, statistics, sciences, engineering, computer science, or other quantitative fields.

Requirements vary by role, but typically include:
Knowledge of machine learning/data science theory, techniques, and tools
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, C++, Java, and/or C#
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with emphasis on problem-solving and research

On-the-job experience

Training
You’ll start with an induction training that covers the firm’s business lines and the industry as a whole. In addition to this foundational overview, you’ll focus on building leadership and communication skills while strengthening core competencies. Your development will be supported through technical and on-the-job training. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from senior speaker panels and participate in social events. Analyst mentors will guide you, and you’ll engage in discipline deep dives to gain specialized knowledge.
