IT Security Engineer Specialist – Digital Collaboration
BCG is looking to provide innovative and effective ways to secure and protect our users’ collaboration experiences. The security engineering chapter is tasked with partnering with our SaaS and Sustaining Engineering teams, as well as our Solution Architecture team, to ensure that we are executing the security policies of our organization effectively to provider BCG and client data. This role will currently cut across the various products of the Digital Collaboration product portfolio, though over time it may be able to specialize in several products as the team expands.
Job Requirement :
Understanding of Security Controls Framework and Operational Excellence procedures and protocols
Strong knowledge of the security and compliance product market
Working knowledge of scripting tools like Power shell, Power Automate, and API consumption is preferred.
Solid knowledge of digital collaboration tools such as the M365 suite, messaging tools such as Slack, whiteboarding software, and virtual conferencing applications.
Experience within complex enterprise organizations with a multi-vendor ecosystem, showing the ability to make these disparate offerings co-exist, and being able to identify and solution for pain points and gaps
Proven experience of solving complex problems by delivery of a simple and effective solution
Understanding of security concepts and knowledge of how data flows through various collaboration tools so we can secure them both at rest and in transit across corporate and publicly-owned networks
Level C2 English proficiency as demonstrated by IELTS 7+, TOEFL iBT 94+, TOEIC 901+, CAMBRIDGE CPE, or comparable demonstrated proficiency.
