Roles: – UX designer
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary –
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create meaningful and engaging solutions for various products. Designer plays a pivotal role in our products’ success, and we believe that as a senior designer, you can contribute to the larger goals and shape the future of our product lines.
As part of the design team, you will be creating intuitive and delightful interfaces that help users accomplish their goals. As a designer, you will work alongside other designers and develop solutions that engage and solve actual consumer needs.

4+ years of experience
Technical Skills:
To be a successful UI/UX Designer, you should be able to:
- Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into concrete ideas and refine and iterate on those ideas being a consumer advocate.
- Work with design, development, and product management teams to ensure interaction and visual designs are in sync with our design guidelines and functionalities are engaging and meaningful for varying user, technical and performance specifications.
- Contribute towards an evolving design system.
- Provide extraordinary experiences for consumer products based on customer feedback, data analytics, and industry trends.
- Measure and present actual UX outcomes/impacts using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Present design ideas to cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Contribute to the continuing growth of a strong design team.
- Support the UX design practice by actively seeking process improvements, driving productive change, and running exercises to encourage widespread adoption of UX.
- Juggle multiple projects parallelly and own multiple product lines.
- The ideal candidate for this job should have:
- A high-quality portfolio of work showing your skills, accomplishments, impacts and challenges.
- Attention to detailed and clear interaction design specifications.
- UX-focused design works and style guidelines for web and mobile applications, demonstrating clear empathy for the user and business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Past experience in mentoring other designers in the team.
- A proven track record of data-driven design.
- Tools: Axure RP 9, Figma or Adobe XD
Behavioral Skills:
- Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners on interactive and interface design and development.
Certification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in User Interface Design, or equivalent.
- Typically, 4 to 6 years’ experience in Interface Designing
