Executive – Voice Process (Semi-Voice) :
- Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered)
- Languages Known : English along with Tamil
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
- Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 22 WPM and 85% accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Salary : Rs. 1.92 LPA
Notes :
- Candidates from Coimbatore location will be preferrable.

- Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
