Customer Support Associate (Voice& Chat Process) :
- Education : Any Graduation /HSC Passed with 1 Year exp can apply
- Experience : 1 to 4 years
- Skill : Customer support (Voice Process -International Process)
Requirements :
- Should have excellent Oral and written communication skills.
- You should be flexible to work in any shift.
- Provide high quality Tier 2 Customer Support service to Customers with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling Inbound calls.
- Walk customers/ Provide navigational support on self-service portal
