  • Hardware & Network Troubleshooting (LAN, Printers, Devices)
  • Remote Troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Printers)
  • Antivirus, Patch Management, SCCM basics
  • Voice / Email / Chat (Excellent Communication Skills)
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes
